Thank you so much @ldlapinski @Hull_SLS for visiting Year 5 this morning. It was an honour to hear an author reading aloud from their book and explain the inspiration behind it! We were so inspired that we wrote a persuasive speech from some of your characters' perspective!

We absolutely loved our visit from LD. We were so inspired by them that we immediately wrote a persuasive speech to try to convince the grown-ups in their story to change the rules about the options for secondary schools that their character Jamie has! Thank you @ldlapinski 🙂
Year 2 celebrated #BritishScienceWeek by creating moths and playing a predator game. We had to make sure our moths were camouflaged so the predator could not find them in their habitat. We used natural materials to help us with this!🌿
Following our experiment that we set up a few days ago to show the effects of transportation, this is the results.
As part of science week in Year 3 we were thinking about nature's future. We thought about our school grounds and what we could do to improve our plants and wildlife. We worked together in groups to come up with some ideas. #BSW24 @ScienceWeekUK

We have had a fantastic afternoon in year 4 celebrating @ScienceWeekUK! We looked at how the colour of moths help them to camouflage in their habitats! We designed our own and put these to the test outside! #BSW24
